• Online orders: The time needed to prepare your orders and the shipping delays may be longer than usual due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
• Delivering your package: With guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Canada Post has put a "Ring, drop off, leave" policy in place. The delivery driver will knock or ring at your doorbell, then choose the safest place to leave your package.
• Returning items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. After a thorough inspection, an exchange or a partial refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase. Please be aware that you’ll need to arrange and pay for the return of the (unopened) item to be qualified for exchange or refund.
